Advanced Referee Training Classes:
ART Classes are held on the third Tuesday of (almost) every month at 7:00 PM. The location is the Rose Kohn Arena, 502 Heritage Dr. SW (the intersection of Heritage Drive and MacLeod Trail).
Each month an invited speaker presents and discusses a topic for the membership. Generally, this is related to a particular aspect of refereeing (handling the benches, time penalty management and the like) or more broad ranging topics like mental preparation or nutrition which are also beneficial for referees. All members of the association are encouraged to attend. There is no charge for these seminars.
